The Reverend Bill Cowans (Priest).

The Rev. Bill Cowans is the son and son-in-law of Episcopal Priests. He grew up in Southern California and served parishes in Northern California during his active ministry. He retired as rector of St. Thomas' Church in Sunnyvale in 1995 and was retired associate priest in Redding and Laguna Niguel before moving to Reno. He has two married daughters and five grand children. His wife Jane died in 2002. He has enjoyed woodworking and weaving as hobbies and his interests range from spiritual growth to boating. During the week he helps do office work for his son-in-law whose business is to help people from having their homes foreclosed.
